Design a Travel Planning App for Users with Physical Disabilities

Design a travel planning application specifically tailored for people with physical disabilities. Consider their unique challenges and how existing solutions might fall short. What features would you include, and how would you ensure the app’s usability for this user group?
By disabled im assuming their limbs- hands/legs might not be functional, maybe they cant hear or see.
The app needs to have large buttons with high contrast themes.
-Voice command surely needs to be there for accessibility.
-Users can have their personal profiles mentioning their disability so the app is tailored for them and made easy to use. All disabilities are not the same.
While booking the places should highlight- wheelchair availability right from airport/railway station to the location of stay.
Emergency SOS button and 1 click calling.
-App should suggest routes, places and plan itinerary accordingly to provide convenience to the user.
-Collaboration with airlines, transport, hotels for accurate information regarding accessibility.
Offer integration with disability devices like hearing aids or other devices.
