Yuvraj’s approach
Target user: Remote workers- digital nomads, freelancers, employees on long term remote-assigments. Adventure seekers: Individual choosing extremely remote, scenic locations for months. Lifestyle migrants: people testing new geographies before relocating permanently
User problem: Difficulty in planning and sustaining long term stays in remote locations- internet and utilities issue, lack of local support services( groceries, healthcare, transport), language barrier, community section, cost transparency
Most important use case: Ensuring reliable remote living conditions for long term stays. This means without confidence in essentials- wifi, utilities, local support users will not xommit to long term stays.
Solution and user flow: New feature in app- Remote living assurance pack. Property ceritifiction: Hosts verify essentials Local service intergration: Info on nearby groceries, healthcare, transport, etc. Community layer: Connect with other long term guests in the same area to avoid isolation. Booking flow: user selects remote living filter. Sees certified properties with all info available, reviews bundled local services and options with new pack, books with confidence for long term stay.
Success metrics: Long term booking growth: average nights per booking in remote locations), NPS for remote stays, repeat rate-users booking for multiple stays in a year, host adoption- no of properties certified with assurance pack.
Tradeoffs: Operational complexity- certified properties will require host compliance and verification. Scalability challenge: remote areas vary in conditions, and standardising may be difficult. Cost vs trust: high operational cost but builds strong trust
