Pavlo’s approach
The good thing about the feature is that it's needed for both groups of users - delivery drivers and package receivers. It means, that both of them can participate to generate the content needed for feature to work. The feature can be implemented as an additional functionality to user's saved addresses (e.g. home, work). A user can be asked to add delivery instructions through a convenient form. The form can help to provide well formatted instructions and add pictures useful for navigation. The drivers on other side can have an option to provide feedback on an address with their navigation instructions and comments for future usage. The form can contain step by step guidance, where users can add text, media or map pin information for each step.
