Prioritization criteria: User impact- improvements that affect daily user flow competetive edge- what closes the gap with rivals like gdrive, onedrive, etc. Engineering complexity- what can be deliverd with current capacity and reasonable timelines. Business alignemnt- what supports upsell and retention
Recommended first priority: UI enhancements for navigation and file management
Why this wins: Direct user impact, engagement driver that increases daily active usage, competitive edge where our platform is super easy to use, feasibility where these are less complex and can be dine incrementally whereas backend speed gains need more time and are complex that can be a long term goal, retention increase for users that see UI improvements
Risks or follow-ups: Backend overhaul is critical for long term scalability but deprioritising it increases risk of tech debt.\UI prioritisation satisfies immediate user needs and competitive pressure while the backend overhaul can be done as a parallel roadmap item.
